Terms and Conditions
2. If after an agreement has been signed and circumstances change and
a decision is made not to purchase a vehicle, the deposit will not be
refunded but will cover time spent on a customer’s behalf. If Negotiamate
see fit a further amount may be required to cover an hourly rate of work
done already done. 4. As specifically stated on the fee agreement a set fee will be required for all work performed and time spent. This fee agreement will also give authority to debit a credit or debit card of payment if not made within the stated time frame. 5. All invoices rendered by Negotiamate are payable within seven working days of the deposit being placed to purchase the vehicle or vehicles in question. 6. Payment if not received within the stated period will be taken from debit or credit card number supplied as signed and agreed by customer on the fee agreement. 7. Negotiamate will charge interest on any sums outstanding at the due date at 2% per week. 8. No further warranty will be supplied by Negotiamate. Any manufacturer’s warranty's which are supplied to the vehicle on invoice and collection from the dealer in question will remain valid for whatever period they are guaranteed by the dealer. 9. If the customer does not supply Negotiamate with adequate information regarding Part exchanges and their financial responsibilities on such part exchanges, Negotiamate does not guarantee values or settlement figures placed on these cars and will not be responsible in any financial short fall because of this misinformation. 10. Any discounts will be agreed on your behalf via Negotiamate within a dealership. This covers all aspects including financial discounts on chosen vehicles and finance rates. 11. Unless previously agreed the time scale for the entire process will depend on the availability of a vehicle which matches your chosen requirements. If no vehicle is in existence it may be required that your specifications are compromised and this will be discussed and agreed if needed and if an adequate time period of 4 weeks has passed. |
